Felt at home the first time we visited. Just kept coming back. We looked all over Hilton Head Island & at many communities in Bluffton & the island & decided on Hilton Head Lakes. It is so peaceful yet close to everything. The sales staff, especially Chris & Matt are wonderful! The entire staff is friendly, helpful $ never pushy. We always feel welcome when we are there. We are in the process of building & very excited to make HHL our permanent home.

Hilton Head Lakes is a wonderful community that has protected areas that allow residents to enjoy the natural beauty of the lowcountry, wide selection of water, golf and wooded home sites, and attractive amenities. We love the low amenity fee- that includes our irrigation water- and the high quality variety of home builders. We also like the proximity to the University, Hilton Head Island, Savannah, Beaufort, and Charleston. There is never a shortage of activities to enjoy!

We came to the area to initially visit Del Webb Sun City. We found Sun City to be too large, houses too close, monthly and golf fees too high. We looked around the area at other possiblities and fortunately found Hilton Head Lakes. HHL is the best value we've found in the area for both lake and golf homesites. The HHL team that we've met are all top-notch professionals- Nate, Matt, Joe and the rest of the staff are really fine people.
This will be our 12th primary residence and our best. The value, the golf course, the lakes, the walking trails, the amenities under construction and planned are fantastic. The Low Country living at HHL is terrific with the privacy yet access to Bluffton, Hilton Head, Savannah. We have found some of the best restaurants nearby for Seafood, Chinese, Mexican, Pub- all at reasonable prices.
We have our current home on the market and will begin building our new home, the Calibogie soon. We look forward to meeting our new neighbors and taking advantage of all HHL has to offer.
