The Lodges at Eagles Nest
The Lodges at Eagles Nest is a gated mountain community with one of the highest elevations in Western North Carolina. Located just three miles from the charming downtown of Banner Elk, this haven for year-round outdoor recreation caters to all ages and interests. Residents have access to a full complement of amenities, sweeping views, freshwater streams, and miles of scenic trails to be explored on foot or by UTV/ATV.

Family-oriented and unpretentious, the focus of this mountain community is on the High Country, not the country club. Daily activities range from wine tasting to paintball wars. As the days shorten and the air cools, snowmobiling and skiing are on the menu. In addition, a summer spa in an authentic teepee village, riverfront clubhouse, fly fishing, and a summer concert series provide activities for every generation.

Developed according to national park standards, the community contains more than 200 acres of nature preserves. Homesites have elevations ranging from 3,500 to over 5,200 feet, and each comes with long-range mountain views.
