Two carefully selected offers have been designed to enable interested couples* to experience the relaxing, yet active lifestyle the members of Waterfall Club have come to enjoy as a retreat from the “real world” hustle and bustle. The amenities at the Club overlook the Chattahoochee and Nantahala National Forests and the pristine waters of Lake Burton.

Each package includes a tour of the various properties currently offered for sale. Offerings may change from month to month, but will usually include homes and condos priced in a range from $850,000 to $2.5 million and luxury condos from $1.5 to $1.8 million. Lots for new construction are available in a price range of $40,000 to $300,000. Tours of lake home properties on Lake Burton, Seed Lake and Lake Rabun or more secluded properties in the vicinity of Waterfall at Lake Burton are also available.**
