Loudon, TN – Just when you thought life at Tennessee National couldn’t get any better, it has! The first phase of Tennessee National’s Wellness Center is now open.

Tennessee National will be hosting an open house on Sunday, October 4th from 1-4pm to show off their newly completed Wellness Center to the public. The Wellness Center includes an outdoor saltwater pool in the shape of the Tennessee National logo, cabana, showers, natural gas grill, spray deck and sand volleyball court.

“We are pleased to be providing this new amenity to our residents, property owners and golf members,” said David Cecchele, COO of Medallist Developments. “In a time when many other developments are holding off on continuing to expand on their amenities and the development as a whole, Tennessee National has been moving forward.”

With inquiries increasing, recent sales of homes and home sites and the addition of new golf memberships Tennessee National is on solid ground. “People are seeing that we are here to stay; we already have a beautiful Greg Norman Signature golf course, have recently completed archeological investigations for the future marina and commenced construction of an additional 35 home sites adjacent Watts Bar lake,” commented Cecchele.
