September 28, 2018 (Brevard, NC) – Connestee Falls Property Owners Association (CFPOA) is opening the gates to the premier private community in Brevard on Saturday, October 6, 2018 for its annual Fall Tour of Homes that will include an open house at the newly renovated Overlook Clubhouse.
“This will be a memorable tour with a wide variety of homes included throughout the community plus the first opportunity for the general public to see the fantastic new Overlook Clubhouse,” said CFPOA General Manager Jim Whitmore. “It’s also timed, hopefully, to show off the colorful beauty of Autumn in the Smokey Mountains here at Connestee Falls.”
The tour will run from Noon to 4p.m. and feature nine homes ranging from the high $300s to $700s. According to Whitmore, the selection includes both existing private residences and newly constructed builder homes. Visitors are invited to take in the beautiful scenic drive and some of the wonderful vistas along the tour route.
This will also be the public Grand Re-opening of the Overlook Clubhouse where the CFPOA just recently completed an extensive $2+ million renovation of the interior. Visitors on the tour can stop there to walk through the 26,000 square foot building while also enjoying light refreshments and register to win door prizes.
The tour begins at the Connestee Falls Information Center located about six miles south of downtown at 5500 Greenville Highway, Brevard, NC. Registration starts there at 11:30a.m. A gate pass to the community and tour map with directions to the homes will be provided. Connestee Falls is a gated master planned community established in 1971 owned and operated by its residents.
