Grand Living Realty presents the Fall 2016 Grand Tour of Homes - a showing of Builder Models and Private Homes in Palm Coast, Florida.
Homes on the tour range from the mid $100s to over $1 million with a wide variety of styles and floor plans to meet almost every taste and lifestyle.
The tour centers on the premier club community of Grand Haven and showcases new decorated model homes by ICI, Red Carpet Construction and Skyway Builders. There are also 14 private residence on the tour in Grand Haven plus eight additional homes in surrounding communities. Realty team representatives will be available to answer questions and light refreshments will be served at select homes along the tour.
The tour starts in the new Grand Living Realty Center located at 2298, Colbert Ln, Palm Coast, FL just across from the Grand Haven main gate. Tour maps to the homes and gate passes will be available there along with updates on the tour line up.
