October 15, 2015 (Brevard, NC) – Connestee Falls Property Owners Association (CFPOA) and several top area real estate brokers are teaming up for the 3rd Annual Fall Tour of Homes event to showcase 10 private residences and the clubhouse at the private gated community in the mountains just above Brevard, North Carolina.
The Fall Tour of Homes will feature open houses at 10 properties within the community priced from $230,000 to $685,000, offering visitors the chance to tour the private gated community and see a wide cross section of residences.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 24 from 12pm to 4pm as a self-guided driving tour with stops at the homes located throughout the community. Visitors check in at the Connestee Falls Information Center on Highway 276 approximately six miles south of downtown Brevard. The information center is located just before the Connestee Fall main gate next to the magnificent Connestee Falls. Gate passes and tour maps will be provided along with an overview of the expansive 3,900 acre master planned community.
"This is a great opportunity to see homes and also experience the beautiful autumn colors here at Connestee Falls,” said Jim Lorah, Connestee Falls POA General Manager. “The participating brokers and our residents have put together an excellent cross section of homes and the tour will take visitors through most of the community with views of the lakes, golf course and mountain vistas.”
The free event is open to the public. Visitors can take the self-guided tour to the homes and the 26,000 square foot Overlook Clubhouse light refreshments will be served with resident ambassadors available to answer questions.
Participating brokers include Berkshire Great Smokys-Brevard, Connestee Falls Realty, Steve Owen and Associates, Keller Williams Professionals, Mountain Vista Realty, RE/MAX Land of the Waterfalls, and Beverly-Hanks, South. Brokers will have representative hosts at each home to answer questions and assist visitors.
