Since then, more than 1,000 visitors have visited the new community and 14 new homebuyers have purchased homes at Indigo in the last 14 days.

The Liberty 2 model features 1,509 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two additional models will open this fall.
At completion, the neighborhood, just northeast of the soon-to-be sold out Central Park, will have a total of 431 homes.
Located at the intersection of Pope Road and 44th Avenue East, Indigo is a gated, island-resort style community with maintenance-included homes and a recreation center with a lifestyle director.
The recreation center will open this fall with a fitness center, resort-style pool and spa, grills, bocce ball courts, pickle ball courts and more.
