Canton, GA (March 5, 2013) - Soleil Laurel Canyon, the award-winning master planned community for active adults, announces its “Lucky to Live at Soleil” event.

Soleil’s momentum as a premier community for active adults continues into 2013 after winning the title of best neighborhood in the U.S. by Where to Retire magazine and contracting 31 homes in the three months following September’s model park grand opening.

The first event, “Lucky to Live at Soleil,” will be held on Saturday, March 16. Following a St. Patrick’s Day theme, the new model park will come alive with green and white décor, festive music and a lunch buffet in the cul-de-sac, with Irish-themed finger foods and trinkets in the model homes. Guests are led to the end of the rainbow, where they can register for prizes from a pot of gold in the sales gallery.

  • Residents stroll through the model home park on Saturday, March 16, 2013, from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. while they enjoy live music and learn about the community.
  • Tours of Soleil’s 28,000-square foot clubhouse will be available.
