Joe Morgan: The Landing's 5,000 Mile Man

Homes Sales Remain Strong at The Landings on Skidaway Island
Savannah, GA (September 9, 2011) - Continuing the momentum from a strong 2010 (which saw a 38% increase in home sales vs. 2009), The Landings on Savannah’s Skidaway Island reports that sales in the community have again outpaced national and regional real estate levels and trends. According to Savannah MLS statistics, home transactions (closings) in all of Chatham County in the first 8 months of 2011 were up roughly 8.2% versus 2010 – but home closings in The Landings were up a robust 27.6% in that same time period.
