Frederickburg, TX (Jan. 2021) The Covid pandemic had an unexpected effect on real estate sales in 2020, contributing to 116 new contracts and reservations, a nearly three-fold increase over 2019. Fifty-two of the transactions were developer-owned lots, and 64 were resales of homes, lots and Sunday House shares.
