NAPLES, Fla. (Feb. 8, 2017) – Next weekend, Naples Reserve kicks off the Collier Building Industry Association’s single-site Parade of Homes with 16 models. Along with the homes, the tour includes the community’s $7 million Island Club Friday through Sunday, Feb. 17-19 and Feb. 24-26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The six-day event spanning two weekends marks the public debut of the 688-acre community’s showcase of model homes, its resort-inspired Island Club social center and additional recreational amenities. The models are located in five of Naples Reserve’s 11 neighborhoods, which are woven throughout 22 freshwater lakes, including the signature 125-acre Eagle Lake with the destination Kontiki Island and large tiki hut.
Built by Southwest Florida’s premier homebuilders, the fully decorated models present the many home options available in Naples Reserve and offer three and four bedrooms, large outdoor areas with pools and spas, and 2,100 to more than 3,500 square feet of living space. The homes are priced from the high-$200s to more than $1 million and feature Southern Coastal-inspired architecture and designer details such as tongue-and-groove, coffer and cove-lit ceilings, wood and stone flooring, granite and quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and luxury finishes.
In Parrot Cay, a lakefront neighborhood of custom homes, there are seven estates offering 2,811 to 3,507 square feet under air, extended outdoor living areas and three-car garages. They include the Muirfield III and Madison built by Stock Signature Homes, each offering four bedrooms, studies and great rooms.
The names of several Parrot Cay models evoke island and vacation getaways: Marvin Development’s three-bedroom Captiva with a fireplace in its alfresco solara; the four-bedroom High Tide by McGarvey Custom Homes; and the three-bedroom Siesta Key by Florida Lifestyle Homes. Additional Parrot Cay three-bedroom models include Lundstrom Development’s Belvedere and KTS Homes’ Newport.
Four single-family models are open in Sparrow Cay, a neighborhood of cul-de-sac streets nestled along Eagle Lake and close to the Island Club. The homes include Stock Signature Homes’ Anastasia, Biscayne and Venice models, each offering three bedrooms, a great room, study and two- and one-car garages; and the Minorca, a three-bedroom home with two-car and tandem garages by Ashton Woods.
Savannah Lakes, a neighborhood of waterfront single-family homes surrounded by four lakes and nature preserves, presents three Parade of Homes models: D.R. Horton’s three-bedroom Wheaton and Delray models and the Patmos, an Ashton Woods home also offering three bedrooms.
Ashton Woods also has completed the Capri model in Egret Landing and the Coastal model in Mallard Point. Both homes have three bedrooms; the Coastal has a second-floor loft.
Parade of Homes guests are invited to complete their tour at the recently completed Island Club, which includes a separate 3,500-square-foot fitness facility. Inspired by five-star resorts with a beach right on Eagle Lake, the club offers a waterfall pool, beach volleyball and bocce ball courts and the Chat ‘n Chill Tiki Bar. Latitudes Cafe and the signature 850-gallon cylindrical aquarium in the Welcome Center are located inside the 5,160-square-foot clubhouse.
Naples Reserve’s Parade of Homes models are open Friday through Sunday, Feb. 17-19 and Feb. 24-26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A $5 donation per visitor is suggested to benefit the CBIA’s scholarship fund.
The community was conceived by iStar, named 2015 Developer of the Year by Builder and Developer magazine for its commitment to creating exceptional communities and lifestyles with an emphasis on energy efficiency and environmental stewardship.
Featuring sweeping open water views, many of Naples Reserve’s homes and amenities are located along the water’s edge. Lakes provide prime opportunities for kayaking, canoeing and paddleboarding and scenic vistas. Eagle Lake offers a mile-long stretch of lakefront nestled against the Picayune Strand State Forest, a 76,000-acre state park with protected pinelands, cypress swamps, marshes and abundant wildlife. Buyers who purchase a home along Eagle Lake also have the option to build a personal floating boat dock behind their home.
The community’s Outrigger Center, evocative of Key West with its palette of turquoise, beige and white, features a wraparound porch overlooking the lake and floating docks. The center provides paddleboards, kayaks and canoes for residents to use, as well as a flex space available for game days, special events and other activities.
Many of Naples Reserve’s amenities are now open. The lakefront Match Point complex, offering tennis and pickleball courts, as well as a community boat ramp, are slated to open during the first quarter of this year.
Additional planned amenities include a tot lot, two dog parks and a meandering linear park for biking, hiking and jogging. Navigating a loop road circling Naples Reserve, the park is designed to engage residents with their natural environment and provide an alternative mode of transportation throughout the community.
Naples Reserve residents receive complimentary one-year social memberships at Walker’s Hideaway Marina of Naples, a yacht club along the Gordon River offering a marina, indoor storage for 600 boats, two waterside restaurants, outdoor pool and sauna, and access to Naples Bay.
