ATLANTA – Kolter Homes, a leader in developing premier living communities, is redefining the standard for active adult living with its innovative approach to community entertainment. The home builder’s concert series strategy leverages the power of live music to enhance the lifestyle of its residents and attract prospective buyers.

"By expanding our portfolio of communities, we've unlocked the opportunity to host larger, more renowned bands—artists we previously could only dream of affording," said Mark LaClaire, Director of Lifestyle for Kolter Homes. "We've developed a system to string together 8 to 10 weekday shows consecutively. This route planning ensures a seamless tour experience for the bands and unparalleled entertainment for our residents."

The concert series provides residents tremendous value adding to the vibrant Kolter lifestyle. "We aim to keep ticket costs low for our residents, offering them access to high-quality talent rarely seen in community settings," LaClaire added.

Highlighting the uniqueness of Kolter's concert series, LaClaire notes, "While other communities might offer concerts, none deliver a touring experience with the caliber of entertainment we provide. This is a distinctive aspect of the Kolter lifestyle proposition."

The 2024 season boasts an impressive lineup, including fan favorites and new theatrical performances:

The Ray Howard Band, a 10-piece ensemble celebrating R&B, Motown, and funk and known for its Earth, Wind and Fire tribute, will tour communities starting in late April.

This Is The 60’s, a theatrical journey through the decade, featuring live dancers, seven costume changes, and a multimedia show that brings the 1960s to life.

Liverpool Legends, a Beatles tribute band endorsed by George Harrison's sister, Louise, returns to mark the 60th anniversary of the Beatles' arrival in America, offering an authentic experience complete with costume changes.

Looking forward to 2025, Kolter Homes is exploring opportunities to host tributes to iconic artists such as Tom Petty, Michael Jackson and Prince, further solidifying the concert series as a core component of the Kolter lifestyle.

"Our concert series is not just about entertainment; it's a reflection of our commitment to creating communities where lifestyle and enjoyment are at the forefront," concluded LaClaire. "We're excited to continue this tradition, offering our residents and guests unforgettable experiences that set Kolter Homes apart."

Kolter Homes invites both residents and interested homebuyers to partake in these unique musical events, offering a glimpse into the active, enriching lifestyle that awaits within its communities.

Kolter Homes' active adult communities, including Cresswind communities throughout Georgia, Florida, and North and South Carolina, participate in the concert series.
