VENICE, Fla. (June 2, 2015) – The Bimini, a two-bedroom, two-bath Grand Villa model with a den, is now open for viewing at Sarasota National, WCI Communities’ 2,400-acre master-planned community in Venice.
One of seven Grand Villa Home designs available in Sarasota National, the Bimini offers 1,822 square feet of living space.
The model features interior design by CJ Décor’s Carol Jean Annand, who emphasized the open great room plan by using neutral finishes and backgrounds. “There is a wonderful open floor plan between the great room, kitchen and dining area,” Annand said. “We enhanced that feeling by using light and fresh design elements and a play-on-play of textures like wicker, painted pieces and metallics. The master suite in this home also is very spacious.”
The owner’s suite offers a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower, water closet and his-and-her sinks.
The den in the Bimini model features a wood floor, while the kitchen has warm-hued wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a corner pantry closet, and a freestanding island breakfast bar.
The model is 2,600 total square feet, including lanai, front entry and two-car garage.
The Bimini home design starts from $271,990. The model is one of twelve designer furnished model homes now open for viewing in the community. Several dream ready homes are available for immediate move-in.
Sarasota National offers 24 home designs, including Coach and Carriage Homes, single-family Villas, Grand Villas and Golf Estate Homes with two and three bedrooms and up to 3,184 square feet of living space.
More than 1,300 of Sarasota National’s 2,400 acres are designated for preservation, conservation and open space. The community is approved for 1,584 homes, including 800 homes surrounding the golf course and country club area.
Sarasota National offers an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis and certified as an Audubon International Signature Sanctuary. Golf facilities include a pro shop, driving range, and chipping and putting greens.
Construction of the community’s three-building, 25,000-square-foot clubhouse is well underway. The facility will offer indoor and alfresco dining and gathering spaces, a fitness center, resort-inspired and lap pools, tiki bar, and bocce ball, pickleball, tennis courts and a separate dog park.
Sarasota National offers new homes in Venice, Florida, recently named the No. 1 best place to retire in the U.S. by Forbes.
