Soleil’s momentum as a premier community for active adults continues into 2013 after winning the title of best neighborhood in the U.S. by Where to Retire magazine and contracting 31 homes in the three months following September’s model park grand opening.
The first event, “Lucky to Live at Soleil,” will be held on Saturday, March 16. Following a St. Patrick’s Day theme, the new model park will come alive with green and white décor, festive music and a lunch buffet in the cul-de-sac, with Irish-themed finger foods and trinkets in the model homes. Guests are led to the end of the rainbow, where they can register for prizes from a pot of gold in the sales gallery.

“After winning such a milestone award from we realized that preparation and opportunity had met to produce luck – luck for the residents who call Soleil home and luck for the consumers who can consider Soleil. The magazine’s recognition is proof of what our residents already know - they feel lucky to live at Soleil,” said Jay Clark – principal, Southeast Capital Companies. “So, it’s with much joy that we prepare to host our guests for Lucky to Live at Soleil and we hope that those considering life in an active adult community will come and visit.”
