Chinquapin is a new 2000-acre private community near the Nantahala National Forest and surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina. There will be just 200 homes built on this property.

An area of great natural beauty in a temperate climate, Chinquapin (pronounced "chink-a-pin") offers a wide array of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
