Cheval, South Charlotte’s newest luxury new home community occupies 423 acres in the small town of Mint Hill, North Carolina; a sleepy suburb of Greater Charlotte. Cheval has been developed for discriminating homeowners who seek an upscale country estate lifestyle amid a warm and embracing equestrian community setting.
Families of all sizes will be drawn by Cheval’s natural beauty. Homeowners and horse-lovers will enjoy the community's 5 neighborhood parks with gathering & picnic areas, miles of walking & equestrian riding trails, butterfly & hummingbird habitat areas, and wildflower-filled meadows.
The philosophy behind Cheval is simple: Develop a community with custom-designed homes inspired by the French and Tuscan countryside, while at the same time leaving as much of the natural surroundings untouched as possible. There are currently 237 homesites within Cheval ranging from a half acre to 5+ acres in size. Additionally, there are a limited number of large estate homesites that can accommodate a private barn, if desired. Home prices range from the mid $400,000s to $2.5 million. Lots from the $90,000s to the $750,000s. Send me information now!
