Award-winning Lakewood Ranch is a 17,500-acre master-planned community encompassing all aspects of residential and commercial development, located in the prosperous Sarasota/Tampa Bay region of Florida's Gulf Coast.

As one of the largest green-certified communities in America, every new village in Lakewood Ranch — since 2005 — has been built "green," incorporating building products and techniques that result in a healthier, more energy-efficient, and environmentally responsible home.

More than ten distinct villages offer a full spectrum of housing and lifestyle options— from single-family to maintenance-free — or luxurious private estates — surrounded by dramatic landscapes and wetland preserves harboring hundreds of species of native wildlife.

Recreational facilities include the acclaimed Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club, 54 holes of championship golf, the Sarasota Polo Club, The Premier Sports Campus, the Ancient Oak Gun Club, a cricket and lacrosse club, and an extensive collection of parks, nature areas and lakes. The community also features shopping, dining, excellent schools and health care on-site. Send me information now!
