The anniversary series kicked off on Aug. 16 with a Move-In Ready Homes Passport event, where prospective buyers boarded a trolley for a guided tour of available homes.
Cheers to 5 Years Model Home Showcase
The second event invited guests to tour 15 professionally decorated model homes, visit move-in ready homes and enjoy complimentary dining. The celebration highlighted the breadth of floor plans, design options and layouts that have attracted hundreds of active adult buyers over the past five years.
Pickleball Center Ribbon Cutting
In October, one of the largest anniversary events celebrated the expansion of the community’s Pickleball Center from 21 to 33 courts. The ribbon-cutting included a pickleball clinic for new players and reinforced Cresswind at Twin Lakes’ reputation as a regional hub for both social and competitive play.
Clubhouse Open House
Kolter Homes welcomed guests for an immersive Clubhouse Open House in November that showcased Club Cresswind, resident-led clubs and the community’s robust programming. Visitors engaged with club demonstrations, sampled offerings from the Cooking and Wine clubs, participated in mini fitness sessions and toured indoor amenities including the lakeside lounge, indoor pool and SmartFIT Training Center powered by EGYM.
Design Studio Discovery Event
Rounding out the five-event celebration, the Design Studio Discovery event invited prospective buyers to explore the on-site Design Studio, where they can personalize their new homes with guidance from Kolter Homes’ design professionals. Visitors previewed curated selections for flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, lighting, hardware and more, displayed in bright built-in cubbies reminiscent of a Pinterest-inspired showroom.
