The new Tuscan and Mediterranean inspired models include three single-family home and two Spanish-style villa designs. The recently introduced floor plans include the Endless Summer 3, Fresh Spring and Sanibel, and the Sandcastle and Tidewinds villas.
Homes in Boca Royale Golf & Country Club range from 1,632 to 3,346 square feet. The Endless Summer features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage and a den at 2,181 square feet. The Fresh Spring offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage with 1,812 square feet. At 2,453 square feet, the Sanibel is the largest new model with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a three-car garage and a den.

The larger villa designs range from 1,632 to 1,842 square feet. The Sandcastle features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage and a den. Tidewinds offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage with a den.
The homebuilder recently broke ground on a new resort-style amenity center for the community. The elegant new facility, dubbed the Resort, will include a 2,283-square-foot clubhouse with restroom facilities, clubroom and café, which will feature a full-service kitchen with a freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, pantry, oven and sink for its residents to use. A luxurious spa and 3,302-square-foot pool area will offer a lounge area with chairs and tables and a shaded tiki hut.
The Boca Royale Golf & Country Club’s community boasts mature landscaping, with lakes and nature preserves, towering oaks, cypress and palms. Homeowners have access to an elegant clubhouse with casual and fine dining, an 18-hole 72-par golf course and a state-of-the-art fitness facility with sports activities on site, including Bocce ball, croquet and tennis courts.
