Naples, FL (January 20, 2016) — Minto Communities is introducing the new Magnolia Collection of homes by Stock Signature Homes at The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples. Stock has purchased homesites at The Isles of Collier Preserve, and will offer four expansive luxury home floor plans with prices starting in the mid-$800s, not including lot.
According to Minto Senior Vice President William Bullock, “Stock has a trusted and proven brand in Naples, and will be a great Minto building partner at The Isles of Collier Preserve. The addition of Stock Signature Homes, expands our product breadth that ranges from villas starting in the mid-$300s, coach homes from the $400s to $600s, and single family homes in the high $400s to more than $1 million.”
Stock Signature Homes at The Isles of Collier Preserve will range in size from 5,510 to 5,814 total square feet. Floor plans include three or four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, great room or family room, study, dining room, optional bonus rooms, spacious outdoor living areas and three-car garage. Bonus rooms also are included in two of the floor plans. Homesites are 90 feet wide.

Villas range from 1,565 square feet under air to 1,862 square feet under air with two to three bedrooms, den or hobby room, great room, dining room, two baths, covered lanai and two-car garage. Coach homes include one, two and three-story floor plans, and range in size from 1,621 square feet under air to 2,960 square feet under air with two-car garages and private elevators.
Minto developed The Isles of Collier Preserve using its own funding sources, electing not to utilize Community Development District (CDD) funds, and saving homeowners at The Isles of Collier Preserve thousands of dollars in annual assessments.
The Isles of Collier Preserve is located just four miles east of downtown Naples on U.S. 41/Tamiami Trail East. Discovery Sales Center hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
