LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. (April 21, 2015) – Neal Communities, the area's largest and most established, locally owned and operated private builder, recently broke ground on a new recreation center at its newest neighborhood, Indigo, in Lakewood Ranch, Fla. Indigo will be Neal’s 30th community for sale when it opens on April 25, 2015.
An active, adult-themed neighborhood just northeast of Central Park, Indigo will have a total of 453 homes at completion. The recreation center will include a social activity director, fitness center, pool and spa, grills, bocce ball courts, tennis courts and more.
“We feel it provides tremendous value to homeowners when we open a community with the amenities complete for the first residents to enjoy immediately,” said Michael Storey, president of Neal Communities.
Neal Communities will unveil two models from its Cruise series in phase one of the new community. Larger models will be unveiled in later phases.
Located at the intersection of Pope Road and 44th Avenue East, Indigo will be a gated, island-resort style community with maintenance-included homes and a full-time lifestyle director.
Indigo will open to the public this month, with homes ready for move in this fall.
