Bradenton, FL (March 17, 2015) — Harbour Isle, a community of luxury island coach homes and resort villas by Minto Communities located on Anna Maria Sound in Bradenton, Florida, won nine awards including two Best Overall awards at the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association’s (MSBIA) 2015 Parade of Homes Awards banquet. The awards banquet was held March 5 at the Hyatt Sarasota.
Harbour Isle won Best Overall Community in the 100 to 200 home sites category as well as awards for best entranceway and amenities. Harbour Isle’s gated entry is distinguished by a lighthouse-inspired observation tower that overlooks a Royal Palm-lined streetscape bordering a 38-acre lake at the center of the community. Residents enjoy a two-mile walking path that encircles the island.
The Harbour Grand Retreat model at Harbour Isle won awards for best curb appeal, kitchen, master suite, floor plan, architectural detail and Best Overall winner in the multi-family with less than four units category. The two-story Harbour Grand Retreat coach home is 3,564 total square feet with 2,960 under air. It features three bedrooms, three baths, great room, den, sunroom, observatory, retreat, a private elevator, 2 balconies and two-car garage. Pricing starts at $624,900.
Harbour Isle’s 220-acres are almost entirely surrounded by the waters of Anna Maria Sound along the western shoreline and Perico Bayou to the east. The colorful design of the homes at Harbour Isle completes the community’s inviting picture of relaxed seaside living. Six fully furnished luxury coach home models are available for viewing. Each coach home building includes a one-story, two-story and three-story coach home, ranging in size from 1,621 square feet under air to 2,960 square feet under air. All include a two-car garage. Two and three story coach homes include private elevators. Coach homes are priced from the $400s.
Minto recently introduced Marina Walk at Harbour Isle. Marina Walk will feature luxury resort villas, and will have its own, private amenities including a resort-style pool, shade pavilion, splash zone and recreation area with tot lot. Resort villas range from 1,483 square feet under air to 1,650 square feet under air, with pricing from the $500’s. Unique design selections include villas with two master suites with full baths and villas with master suite, two bedrooms and three baths. Construction is scheduled to start this spring, with models projected to open early 2016.
A 23,000-square-foot waterfront Beach Club is under construction at Harbour Isle with completion projected for summer 2015. The two-story Beach Club is sited directly on Anna Maria Sound. Amenities include a sandy beach recreation area for launching kayaks and paddleboards, 4,200-square-foot fitness center, second floor Sky Bar Lounge, Cabana Bar, resort-style pool, Jacuzzi, private lounging cabanas, yoga lawn and event lawn. The Beach Club architecture complements the Harbour Isle community’s southern coastal-style architecture and design. Each neighborhood in Harbour Isle also has its own, private amenities that include four resort-style pools, and a marina with wet and dry storage, restaurants, shops and more is planned.
Harbour Isle has been developed without utilizing Community Development District (CDD) funding. This means residents won't see annual CDD assessments on their tax bill, which saves them thousands of dollars over the life of their home.
