It has three bedrooms, three full baths, den, sunroom, third floor nature observatory and cozy private retreat. The Caribwood model includes 2,873 square feet with 2,214 square feet under air. The Isles of Collier Preserve offers free electric boat tours of the Cypress Waterway Thursday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, Noon to 4 p.m. Through April 19, guided kayak tours also are available on Saturdays, at 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., and Sundays at Noon. Call in advance to reserve your kayak tour, as space is limited.
