Fort Myers, FL (Jan. 21, 2014) – WCI Communities has introduced a new neighborhood of Classic Series single-family homes at Pelican Preserve, its 55 and better lifestyle community in Fort Myers. Due to the success of Azzura, the initial neighborhood of Classic Series homes within Pelican Preserve, WCI created Solaro to meet buyer demands.

The Solaro neighborhood offers 56 homesites along the second hole of the Heron and the eighth hole of the Ibis golf courses, both designed by Chip Powell. Solaro includes four distinctive three-bedroom floor plans, with two to four baths and 2,434 to 2,986 square feet of living space.

Each of the Classic Series floor plans has a great room, den/library, laundry room and covered lanai. The Boretto, priced from $364,990, also provides the option of creating a third-car garage and adding double doors between the foyer and den.

The three-bedroom, three-and-one-half bath Agostino offers 2,725 square feet of living space and 4,009 total square feet, including a two-car garage and separate golf cart garage. The Agostino incorporates a dining room into the great room and kitchen area. The owner’s suite has his-and-her walk-in closets and dual vanities in the bath. The home’s two en-suite guest bedrooms have walk-in closets and private full baths.

Buyers have the option of expanding the Agostino’s golf garage to accommodate a vehicle and can convert the lanai storage room into a cabana bath. The den also is designed to be used as a fourth bedroom. The Agostino is priced from $374,990.

The largest of the Classic floor plans and the newest edition, the Donatello offers three bedrooms and four baths within its 2,986 square feet of living space and 3,921 total square feet, including a two-car garage. The Donatello offers a great room that opens to the kitchen and breakfast nook, a formal dining room, and a den that can be converted into a fourth bedroom.
