Naples, FL (July 24, 2013) – Driftwood-toned floors, ceilings and cabinetry and splashes of bright greens, purples and tangerines will impart an elegant yet fittingly rustic coastal-inspired look to the Annalisa, a four-bedroom, single-family estate model home currently under construction by London Bay Homes at Mediterra.

The maintenance-free home will feature interior design by Melissa Allen of Romanza Interior Design, who will also introduce lavender in the master suite as a trend on reinterpretation of traditional spa blue.

The one-story Annalisa, expected to be completed later this month, is located along a fairway and nature preserve in the Cortile neighborhood at Mediterra, Naples’ luxury golf and beach club community.

One of London Bay’s newest floor plans, the Annalisa offers a great room with a fireplace, family room, study, wine room, butler’s pantry and tech center/mud room. It has 5,277 square feet of living space and more than 7,800 total square feet, including al fresco living areas, loggias and lanais, and two separate two-car garages.

“Visitors will be impressed by the volume of each and every room, including the guest bedrooms,” said Allen. “The Annalisa is spacious, yet comfortable.”

The model will feature stone flooring in the hallways and the great room, wide-planked random-sized driftwood-finished floors in the kitchen, family room and breakfast nook, and carpeting in the bedrooms. The great room’s fireplace will boast a nearly 15-foot-tall floor-to-ceiling limestone surround juxtaposed with a linear and contemporary fireplace box.

Neutral backgrounds throughout the model will be integrated with the bright colors, appearing in painted furniture, accent pillows, ceiling treatments, accessories and art.
Driftwood will also be used in the rustic ceiling beams of the breakfast nook, as the finish for the oversized island’s alder cabinetry in the kitchen, and in the driftwood-stained bead board ceilings of the Annalisa’s outdoor spaces.

The kitchen will also have perimeter oak cabinetry with a winter-white finish and state-of-the-art appliances, including a 42-inch built-in refrigerator, dual-fuel Wolf range, two dishwashers, a steam oven and warming drawer. The butler’s pantry will offer a refrigerator and icemaker and the adjacent wine room will feature a barrel ceiling and specialty faux-finished wall treatment. An adjoining room will provide a large home office and pantry.

The family room will have a sloped ceiling and zero-corner sliding glass doors opening to the al fresco living area, which will offer a fully equipped summer kitchen with stainless steel grill and cabinetry and granite countertops. Furniture in the dining and sitting areas will add visual interest with bright citrus green and purple accents.

The pool deck will feature pearl marble pavers installed in a four-piece ashlar pattern and offer a separate gathering area around a fire bowl. The custom pool and spa will be accented with glass mosaic tile and offer a special water feature.

The master bedroom, with its soft romantic lavender hue, will have a stepped ceiling enhanced with cove lighting and sliding glass doors opening to the loggia. The bathroom will offer his and her vanities, a tub and a separate shower that creates a home spa experience with regular and rain-head fixtures plus body jets – all digitally controlled.

The study, located in the front of the home, will have a private courtyard with fountain and connect to one of the garages under a trellised walkway. The tech center/mud room will be located in the guest hallway near the laundry room and attached garage.
The floor plan also offers a powder room, and its three guest suites have walk-in closets and private full baths.

The Annalisa model is priced at $3,725,000, fully furnished.

Cortile, a neighborhood of 46 homes, offers both maintenance-free luxury villas and single-family estate homes. More than 50 percent sold out, home and homesite packages in Cortile are priced from $1.3 million and include pool service, lawn care and landscaping as part of the homeowners association.
