Vonore, TN (May 9, 2013) - Now that the Rarity Bay Community Association Inc., is directing their own marketing program for the Community, a new website and other support programs are being launched.

These new programs are aimed to provide much more true-to-life information for prospective home or property buyers and their real estate agents regarding living in Rarity Bay. The website is the OFFICIAL SITE for Rarity Bay since it is provided by the residents of Rarity Bay who are not biased by selling homes or developing the property.

The new website, www.raritybaycommunity.com, was published for this specific purpose. The website was designed to educate the growing number of new visitors from other parts of the country. On May 6, 2013, Bankrate announced their “Top Places to Retire in USA” and Tennessee was ranked #1 in Retirement Guide 2013, and reported by CNNMoney among others. You can view the press announcement on this from CNNMoney at http://money.cnn.com/2013/05/06/retirement/best-states/. With a quick view of the new website, you will see why residents chose Rarity Bay and believe they have found their new paradise with the activities and amenities available to property owners. Website page highlights include:

Since our April 23, 2013, news release, a number of real estate and media organizations have published the news about our new, 100% resident Board of Directors and the new independent management of Rarity Bay. For example, Marian Schaffer, Principal and Founder of Southeast Discovery has stated, “The Rarity Bay Community Association Inc., (CAI) is the new legal governing entity of the Rarity Bay community and is no longer tied to either the original developer, Mike Ross or Rarity Communities, Inc. Rarity Bay is operating with positive cash flow thanks to the sound structure of this community, their HOA as residents have been paying into the Rarity Bay HOA for the past 18 years. Thanks to the new leadership of the resident-led Board, Rarity Bay as a development, along with the residents are seeing positive changes in their community that will directly benefit their community's residents as well as their property owners who have yet to build in Rarity Bay.” You can read the entire article at http://www.southeastdiscovery.com/southern-way-of-life/.
