Located in the Williamsburg area on the James River, and a few minutes from the College of William & Mary, Governor's Land at Two Rivers is Williamsburg's only private country club community. The Community is located on 1,483 acres with only 732 single-family home sites.

The community offers over 4 miles of shoreline on both the James and Chickahominy rivers, a 3-mile expansive view across the James River with nightly sunsets, 200-acres of nature preserves and ten miles of walking and biking trails.

This well-established member-owned community combines traditionally styled custom homes with an impeccable Tom Fazio golf course, outstanding social and recreational amenities, a mild four-season climate, a well-protected private marina and yacht club, and endless activities for all age groups.

Secure, but not gated, the community occupies a spectacular waterfront setting with awe-inspiring sunsets over the James River. Minutes from downtown Williamsburg, Governor's Land is convenient to shops, restaurants, top-notch cultural activities and medical facilities. Three international airports - Richmond, Norfolk and Williamsburg/Newport News are within a one hour drive.

With homes already built on more than 90 percent of the 732 lots, all residences are single-family custom homes featuring quality construction, luxurious appointments and beautiful handcrafted details.

What most distinguishes Governor’s Land is its diverse, active and convivial community, made up of approximately one-third families with children, one-third working couples and one-third retirees.
