Grande Dunes
Grande Dunes is a 2,200-acre master-planned community that is currently home to more than 1,000 families. At full build-out, Grande Dunes will include up to 5,000 single-family homes, villas, homesites, retail establishments and commercial properties. This exceptional community stretches from the Atlantic Ocean to west of the Intracoastal Waterway, and from Water Tower Road to Grissom Parkway.

Adding to the value of the community are a range of private and public club amenities, including the semi-private Members Club and golf course, the private Ocean Club and pool complex on the Atlantic Ocean and the Grande Dunes Tennis Center. Located on the Intracoastal Waterway is the 126-slip Marina at Grande Dunes and the popular Anchor Café. Grande Dunes is also home to the Resort Club at Grande Dunes — an award-winning 18-hole golf course. At the southern edge of the community is the Claire Chapin Epps Family YMCA.

With villas, condominiums, and luxurious homes, Grande Dunes offers something for everyone. There are four distinct villages, including the Golf Village with Mediterranean-style custom homes and golf course homesites, Marina Village which includes Del Webb for active adults as well as waterway homesites and various villas and townhomes, and Ocean Village with Lowcountry-style homes closer to the ocean. Homebuyers have the option to buy an existing home or a custom homesite to build a custom home by AR Homes, Nations Homes II, CRG Companies, Carrell Group or a builder of their choice.

The resort also provides the perfect location for weddings, meetings, and special events with on-site coordinators to handle every detail. Myrtle Beach is considered one of the Southeast's premier vacation destinations with over 100 golf courses, premier shopping, and round-the-clock entertainment. Request More Information now!
