    Outdoor fitness is a key element to the Nocatee lifestyle. Many Nocatee residents enjoy running the Greenway Trails, mountain biking in the Nocatee Preserve, or biking along the paved paths throughout the community. The indoor community fitness center adjacent to the water park offers a mix of cardio and weight training equipment with personal trainers and fitness instructors on-site, plus an ongoing schedule of exercise classes. Orange Theory Fitness and Burn Boot Camp, popular indoor private gyms, as well as a YMCA with full workout facilities, an airnasium, kidzone and a variety of group activities are also located in the Nocatee Town Center.

    The Nocatee Splash Water Park features a large family lagoon pool with two high-speed water slides, a lazy river tube ride, kids' splash playground, adult serenity pool, and poolside concessions. The new Nocatee Spray Park is four-story interactive spray playground - the tallest of its kind in Northeast Florida. It features two water slides, a large deck, food court and bar, a resort-style beach environment with beach volleyball, a smaller spray park for younger children and playground.

    The Crosswater Hall meeting and event venue houses the Nocatee Welcome Center, a banquet room, conference center and catering kitchen. Neighborhood exclusive clubhouses are located in the Coastal Oaks, Del Webb Ponte Vedra, Artisan Lakes and The Villas.
