Indian River Colony Club

"The Place that Patriots Call Home"

Primarily a military retirement community, Indian River Colony Club (IRCC) is a 55+, active adult country club community dedicated to serving those who served. It is located on 453 acres with 773 individually owned two- to four-bedroom single family homes with abundant wildlife and beautiful golf course views.

Residents enjoy a generous maintenance program (inside and outside maintenance), 24-hour gated security and a full complement of country club amenities, including an 18-hole, par 72 golf course. In an ideal location, the community is close to Patrick Air Force Base, shopping, Viera VA clinic, King Center for Performing Arts, Port Canaveral, and Eastern Florida State College.

A Florida not-for-profit corporation, IRCC is owned by its members, administered by a professional General Manager, and governed by the community-elected resident board of directors. All amenities, corporate buildings, and grounds are debt-free with significant monetary reserves. There have been no monetary assessments in its 30+ year history.

IRCC is small enough to foster friendship and camaraderie, yet big enough to provide first class amenities and lifestyle. Homes are competitively priced and there is no state income tax or estate tax in Florida. Golf and Social memberships are also available to non-residents. A military discount is offered. What a Life, and a Bargain, too!

Sam G. - Verified Resident (Since 2015)

You can be as involved and busy as you desire, or you can just sit back and watch the wildlife from your back door. Everything is well maintained. People are friendly and care about you; probably due to our military population. Homes are a barga ...

Miguel and Bruce took care of all food transfer and clean-up with smiles and good humor. Our maintenance people are true professionals who do outstanding work. Life is good at IRCC with so many caring, friendly people at all ...

IRCC is unique. Warmest people, friendliest, most efficient staff, wonderful activities, no maintenance, and lovely homes. We've lived in many great places, but this is the most wonderful in every way.

We love IRCC

The camaraderie of a large number of military related residents coupled with numerous amenities make IRCC stand out above all others in the price range. You c ...

I've lived in Brevard County since 1983 and most of my friends live in the Suntree/Viera area so that where I looked. Before arriving at IRCC, I had viewed at least 30 properties in the area. Although most were nice, none meet all of my needs. When I arrived a ...
