Bluffs on the Cape Fear Announces Final Homesite Release of 2008

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC – The Bluffs on the Cape Fear, a 600-acre, gated, fully-amenitized, dockable, waterfront community located off of Dogwood Road in Leland, has announced its final homesite release of 2008; the release of some of the community’s premier waterfront and wooded homesites will be held on November 7th-9th and November 14th-16th, with a special “Fall 5” discount available on these weekends only.
For the year’s final events, The Bluffs’ developer is offering a special “Fall 5”. That’s an additional 5 percent discount* on top of the financial incentives already in place – 10 percent discount or no payments for up to 18 months and $1,000 in closing costs paid.
In addition to serious financial incentives, event guests will enjoy a Carolina cookout with entertainment, followed by a guided trolley tour of Historic Downtown Wilmington. Private tours of the community’s homesites and model homes, and boat tours of the community along the Cape Fear River will also be provided.
