Historic Beaufort Foundation’s annual Spring Architects’ Tour will take place tomorrow, March 21, showcasing five distinctive homes across Beaufort, St. Helena Island, and Dataw Island. This celebrated event offers a rare opportunity to step inside private residences and experience innovative Lowcountry architecture firsthand.

Dataw Island is honored to host and support this meaningful event, with three exceptional homes from the community selected for this year’s tour. These residences highlight the island’s unique blend of thoughtful design, natural beauty, and coastal living.

The tour supports the Foundation’s mission to preserve and protect Beaufort County’s rich architectural heritage while inviting the public to engage with the region’s evolving design landscape.

“We are proud to partner with the Historic Beaufort Foundation and to open our community to visitors for such a special occasion,” said Laura Quail, Dataw Island Director of Marketing & Communications. “This tour not only celebrates remarkable architecture, but also the spirit of connection and stewardship that defines Dataw Island.”

The tour runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and offers a unique glimpse into some of the Lowcountry’s most inspiring homes. For tickets ($75/$70 for HBF members), call HBF at (843)379-3331 or visit the Dataw Island Cannery Library Saturday beginning at 9:00 am.
