(Lake James, NC) Mark your calendar to join us for an exciting weekend in October. Fall is the perfect time to take advantage of cool days and the brilliant autumn colors of the Blue Ridge Mountains and discover what life on Lake James is all about. We have plenty planned for the weekend, including boat tours and a builder round-table event for you to ask our experienced builders questions about creating your own cabin on Lake James. Several completed homes will be open for touring.

While you're in the neighborhood, be sure to stop by Lot 80 in Hully Gully to check out our first rental cabin on Lake James. We'll be accepting reservations, so take this opportunity to book this cozy cabin for a relaxing weekend with your family.

Weekend Schedule

Saturday, October 11th
  • Builder Round-table – 11 a.m.
    Builders will be available at the Camp Lake James Social Hall to answer your questions. We'll also have plans to inspire you to start dreaming about your cabin.

  • Home Tour – 1-6 p.m.
    A number of completed homes in 1780 and Old Wildlife Club will be open for touring. At each open home, a builder will be available to answer your questions.

  • Boat and Camp Lake James Tours – 1-6 p.m.
    Enjoy boat tours around Lake James and tours of The Camp.

  • Campfire at The Camp – 5-8 p.m.
    Join us at Camp Lake James for an evening of music, horseshoes, food and fun around the campfire. It will be the perfect end to an exciting day on the lake.

    Sunday, October 12th

  • Home Tour – 1-6 p.m.

  • Boat and Camp Lake James Tours – 1-6 p.m.
