Missoula, Montana – The Ranch Club golf community in Missoula, Montana has teamed up with First Interstate Bank to offer incentives to buyers who close on homesite purchases within 30 days. For buyers who close on any homesite at The Ranch Club before August 1, the club will waive the membership initiation fee and monthly dues for an entire year, a savings of $11,700.

Additionally, First Interstate Bank is offering homesite loans at Prime Rate with only 10% down and interest-only payments for the first 24 months. Sales have been strong at The Ranch Club with over 100 members now and sales currently pending on nine homesites. One of the benefits touted at The Ranch Club is that buyers can choose their own architect and builder. Homesites range in size from 9,000 square feet to ½-acre.

When asked how important the club incentive is to homesite sales, John Powers, co-owner of The Ranch Club, summed it up like this, “Sure, you could live at The Ranch Club without being a member but as a member you’ll enjoy unlimited use of our golf course, fitness facility and heated pool. We’ll even throw in a barn dance every once in a while. And, under this deal we cover the fees for the first year.”

The Ranch Club has also begun construction on the club’s first Club Lodge. Club Lodges are a turnkey alternative to buying a custom homesite and offer a maintenance free lifestyle. Prices begin at $780,000.

The Ranch Club also recently completed construction of its new Barn and has already hosted weddings, wine tastings and family and corporate events.
