NAPLES, FL (July 6, 2015) – Ave Maria Development reports strong sales over the first six months of 2015, with over 165 new home sales from its three builders—CC Homes, Del Webb, and Pulte Homes— representing a 44 percent increase over first half of 2014.

National Builder Pulte Homes builds single-family residences in both Emerson Park and Hampton Village, with prices from the high $100s. Seventeen model homes are open daily in the town.
