West Palm Beach, FL. (December 9, 2013) – Ibis Golf & Country Club saw a 57% increase in home sales and a 20% increase in its average home sale prices during this fiscal year. This past January, members approved a $33M Capital Improvement Project, including the addition of a new Sports Village and an expansion and enhancement to its existing Clubhouse.

“It’s been a busy and exciting year at Ibis,” said John Jorritsma, Director of Sales & Marketing. “We witnessed a surge in activity immediately following the member vote on the improvements, and it continued all year. Our new members love the new plans for the Club.”

The much-anticipated Sports Village will consist of a two-story fitness complex, poolside Bistro, full-service spa, and a resort-style aquatic center. Completion is scheduled for late summer of 2014.

"We are fulfilling the Club’s vision and creating desirable amenities for current and future members, while at the same time protecting the members’ real estate interests within Ibis," added Jorritsma.

The overall project will involve several phases of construction with the full project scheduled to be completed in late 2015. Member services will be available throughout each phase.
