(July 9, 2013) - Lennar Homes is nearing completion on the first building at Sonoma, a Mediterranean-style village of coach homes located within the Fiddler’s Creek luxury, master-planned community.
Sonoma is the third neighborhood by the national homebuilder within Fiddler’s Creek, building upon the success of Millbrook and Runaway Bay. The village offers a choice of two unique floor plans, ranging from 1,883 air-conditioned square feet to 2,141 air-conditioned square feet and includes a myriad of luxurious features.
Each newly constructed building within the village of Sonoma will feature four luxurious coach homes. The first two-story building, providing two inventory units and two model residences, is anticipated for completion this month. The downstairs inventory home will be available for purchase with a base price of $280,990. The upstairs inventory home will start at $300,990.
The other two units in this first building will be designer decorated and furnished models.
The Florence is the downstairs unit, offering 1,883 air-conditioned square feet. The home features three bedrooms and two baths in a split floor plan. The Verona is the upstairs unit and is the largest residence available in Sonoma, encompassing 2,141 air-conditioned square feet. The home features three bedrooms and two baths situated around a central living room, kitchen, breakfast area and dining room. The master bedroom includes an oversized walk-in closet and access to the covered patio. The home also offers a large three-car tandem garage. The Verona will be professionally decorated by Robb & Stucky International, and available for viewing in August.
