WESLEY CHAPEL, N.C. – Kolter Homes is making significant strides in constructing Club Cresswind at Wesley Chapel, with indoor and outdoor amenities under construction. Since breaking ground on the resident-only clubhouse, the development has progressed rapidly, setting the stage for a vibrant community hub serving Cresswind Wesley Chapel residents.
Vertical construction is complete on Club Cresswind, and the next major milestone is hanging drywall in the interior. Outside, the pool has been dug and poured, vertical work on the pool house is complete, and the tennis courts have asphalt down. The state-of-the-art Cresswind SmartFIT Training Center powered by EGYM includes a cardio studio, and a full-time lifestyle director will oversee a wide range of clubs and activities. When completed, outdoor amenities will include a resort-style pool with sundeck and sun shelves, an outdoor spa, an event lawn with bandshell, pickleball, tennis, and bocce courts. The neighborhood Dog park opened earlier this year.
