Ave Maria, FL., (May 5, 2017) – Ave Maria Development reports over 100 new single-family home sales thus far in 2017 from residential builders CC Homes, Del Webb, and Pulte Homes. Brisk home sales have been consistent during the past two years, with Metro Study ranking Ave Maria as the #1 selling single-family community in the Naples-Ft Myers market for the ninth consecutive quarter. The Metro Study Q1 report, which ranks annual home starts and move-ins, places Ave Maria at the top of both lists with 342 new home starts and 318 move-ins for the Naples-Ft. Myers markets over the past 12 months. This is more than double the second top selling community in Collier County. The Naples-Ft. Myers markets are defined as Naples and Marco Island as well as Ft Myers and Cape Coral. In addition, all three of Ave Maria’s residential home builders ranked highly on the list of the top builders in the region.

“Ave Maria continues to be the leader in single-family home sales and growth continues in all areas of the town.”  comments CeeCee Marinelli, director of leasing for Ave Maria Development.   “In the first quarter of 2017, the community brought on a full-time lifestyle director, several new businesses  opened, and Del Webb Naples unveiled four new home designs.”
