AVE MARIA, FL., (September 13, 2016) – Pulte Homes announces the addition of four new floor plans to its Avalon Park single-family home neighborhood in Ave Maria. The four new home designs— Tropic, Starboard, Seamist and Driftwood— are part of the Cottage Series featuring one- and two-story designs ranging from 1,565 to 2,445 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms, 2-car garage, and flexible living spaces including Flex Rooms, Lofts and Game Rooms. A model home introducing the Starboard floor plan is currently under construction and scheduled to open in early 2017. The Starboard will include a two-story design, three bedrooms, two- and one-half baths, loft, two-car garage and 1,821 square feet. Introductory pricing will be released in late September.
Pulte Homes unveiled Avalon Park in early 2016 with ten brand new home designs on 70-foot wide home sites. These one- and two-story floor plans are within walking distance to the Town Center, Donahue Academy, Ave Maria University, and other downtown conveniences. Single story floor plans include the Summerwood, Pompeii, Amberwood, and Creekview ranging in size from 1,861 square feet to 2,489 square feet and priced from the mid $200s. Two-story floor plans include Eastfield, Cyprus, Palomar, Vanderbilt, Winsford, and Heatherton ranging in size from 2,730 square feet to 4,240 square feet and priced from the high $200s.
