NAPLES, FL., (August 2, 2016) - Ave Maria Development reports a 60 percent increase in new home sales for July 2016 over July 2015. New home sales totaled 32 for the month of July from three home builders—CC Homes, Del Webb, and Pulte Homes. “Strong summer traffic and home sales in July demonstrate that the year-round buyer is choosing Ave Maria as their new home community in Southwest Florida” comments Cee Cee Marinelli, director of development for the town of Ave Maria.
Ave Maria was also named the top single family community in the Naples/Ft. Myers market, ranked by annual starts through the second quarter of 2016 with a reported 290 annual starts, according to MetroStudy, a Hanleywood Company. This is the sixth consecutive quarter in which Ave Maria has earned the number one position. The town’s three builders also earned high rankings by MetroStudy, sorted by annual closings, with CC Homes taking second place, Pulte Homes in eighth place, and Del Webb following in eleventh place, out of the 40 builders ranked.
The town of Ave Maria offers several styles of homes including single family residences with 2-6 bedrooms featuring lake, preserve, and golf course views. Amenities include an onsite waterpark, Panther Run Golf Club at Del Webb, tennis and bocce, Town Center shopping and dining, Publix grocery market, private schools and University, and sports fields and playgrounds. Del Webb Naples offers single-family homes in their exclusive active adult neighborhood for residents 55 and better with prices from the high $100s. National Builder Pulte Homes builds single-family residences in three neighborhoods— Avalon park, Emerson Park and Hampton Village. New homes are priced from the high $100s.
