Westbrook Cove at Savannah Quarters Offers 45 New Homes
POOLER, GA. (Feb. 25, 2016) – National homebuilder K. Hovnanian® Homes® has launched its second venture in Savannah Quarters within the prestigious, gated community of Westbrook. The new neighborhood, dubbed Westbrook Cove at Savannah Quarters, offers 45 homes.
Homebuyers can choose from classic home designs offering three to five bedrooms in an idyllic setting. Homes include deluxe interiors, spacious kitchens designed with entertaining in mind, elegant baths and outdoor living spaces. Additionally, these residences are designed as High Performance Energy Efficient homes featuring GE Energy Star appliances and energy-efficient, custom-engineered HVAC system design.
The six home plans range from 2,400 square feet to over 3,600 square feet of living space, and pricing starts in the low $300s. Varying in style, the homes are available in single-story and two-story designs. K. Hovnanian® Homes® is currently offering $13,000 in credits to apply toward closing costs or upgrades at Westbrook Cove, and the offer is good through March 6, 2016.
Westbrook Cove celebrated the opening of the new model homes on Wednesday, Feb. 17, with a ribbon cutting attended by Michael Lamb, Mayor of Pooler; Peter Chavkin, Senior Vice President, SunCal; members of the Pooler Chamber of Commerce; and other officials and guests. The grand opening festivities continued through the weekend with model home tours, complimentary food and drinks, prize giveaways and trolley rides.
