Greensboro, GA (October 5, 2015) –  Thanks to its eleven year partnership with Peter Burwash International (PBI), the Reynolds tennis program has accelerated into a first-class tennis destination and become the choice destination for many PBI training professionals worldwide. Founded in 1975, PBI has become the largest tennis management firm in the industry establishing programs at more than 60 of the world’s finest vacation destinations and private clubs. Celebrating its 40th year of business, PBI has taught over 3 million students worldwide, many of which have come through the doors of Reynolds’ very own Lake Club Tennis Center.

To commemorate the 40th anniversary of PBI, Reynolds’ Director of Tennis, Dave Neuhart, and Head Tennis Professional, James Derrick, ventured to Going, Austria in the Tirolian Alps to participate in the PBI World Camp. The four day camp included players from all over the world who live, visit, and play at PBI facilities. “It was four days of very active and focused teaching and coaching for all students involved,” says Neuhart. “Each came away with new experiences and game plans to take back to where they live to test on their regular opponents. It was a great way to share the past 40 years with 46 participants who have enjoyed tennis experiences with our professionals across the globe.”

Hosted annually, the PBI World Camp allows tennis professionals the opportunity to experience a week of growth and development through seminars, speakers, and development groups. The skills acquired from the camps are in turn applied at each of the tennis professionals’ home clubs or resorts.

“These conferences help to build the teaching, programming, and overall skills of each professional,” says Derrick. “Taking these trips allows us to better serve our Reynolds membership and resort guest clientele and provide the best tennis amenities possible. Our goal is to make the tennis program at Reynolds the best and most active tennis facility in the country.”
