(Naples, Fla.) March 4, 2015 – Ave Maria Development  reports 34 new home sales contracts for the month of February including all community builders: CC Homes, Del Webb, and Pulte Homes— bringing the year-to-date total to 57 new home sales. The homes sales surge in Ave Maria has also been reflected by recent accolades, most notably being named a Top 50 Master Planned Community in the United States for 2014 and also a Top 55 Places to Retire.

The town of Ave Maria offers several styles of homes including single family residences with 2-6 bedrooms featuring lake, preserve, and golf course views.  Amenities include an onsite waterpark, Panther Run Golf Club, Town Center shopping and dining, Publix grocery market, private schools and University, and sports fields and playgrounds.  Seventeen model homes are open daily with over 30 floor plans to choose from. 

New home buyers can select from several builders in different neighborhoods. CC Homes builds single-family homes in Maple Ridge at Ave Maria, priced from the $190s. Del Webb Naples offers single-family homes in their exclusive active adult neighborhood for residents 55 and better with prices from the high $100s. National Builder Pulte Homes builds single-family residences in both Emerson Park and Hampton Village, with prices from the high $100s. Seventeen model homes are open daily in the town.
