The fast-paced sales trend plus several new community openings set the prolific southwest Florida builder on a path to another record-breaking year with one quarter remaining.
“There has been no slow down to our pace this year as market conditions continue to fare positively for new home buyers,” said Nicole Brooks, director of sales for the Lakewood Ranch-based new home building company. “It is truly exciting to be able to offer home buyers such a diverse lineup of homes ranging in size and price, and this flexibility continues to fuel our rapid sales,” said Brooks.
Grand Palm, a unique, master-planned community appealing to a multigenerational demographic in Venice, Fla. continued to lead in sales in September with 12 new home purchases. Second to Grand Palm, was the popular Lakewood Ranch community Central Park, with nine sales.
Other notable communities last month included Canopy in Naples with seven sales, Watermark in Fort Myers with six sales and Villa Palmeras in Estero with five sales.
