This momentous occasion is especially noteworthy because Hampton Lake, LLC, the development entity of the Hampton Lake community, reorganized its debt structure last spring. Nearly 50 of the 100 sales have occurred since then. “When we made the decision to reorganize, we promised the community it would be ‘business as usual’; however, it has been far from usual. In addition to reaching the 100 sales mark, the community’s quarterly market report shows that sales are up 119% over this time last year. Moreover, the accelerated sales pace in the community means its inventory is shrinking daily.
