Naples, FL (May 2, 2013) - Strong sales activity in Fiddler’s Creek has prompted three well-respected preferred homebuilders to commence construction on several more new homes in the luxury, master-planned community. Located off Collier Boulevard between Naples and Marco Island, Fiddler’s Creek is an award-winning community that has been selected as “Best Community” in the 2012 Southwest Florida Readers’ Choice Awards.

Pre-construction residences at Fiddler’s Creek currently start in the $300s and are being offered by D.R. Horton, Lennar Homes and Stock Construction. These homebuilders are building in several distinctive villages, each of which will feature new luxury homes ready for next season.

D.R. Horton is starting construction on three new inventory homes in the village of Chiasso. The village of Chiasso offers 59 single-family homesites with stunning views of pristine lakes and streams. The village features four individual floor plans, ranging from 2,583 air-conditioned square feet to 3,522 air-conditioned square feet. The newly built inventory homes will offer pools/spas, a 7-diamond kitchen, crown molding and some ceiling coffering as standard.

In the village of Amador, D.R. Horton will begin construction on three Edison inventory homes – their latest floor plan introduced. A distinctive neighborhood of 38 homes, Amador offers three expansive three-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,983 air-conditioned square feet to 2,738 air-conditioned square feet. Each of the residences will feature a classic Mediterranean architecture.

In the village of Runaway Bay, Lennar is building 13 one and two-story inventory homes. Runaway Bay will feature 98 home sites, ranging from 2,800 air-conditioned square feet to 3,659 air-conditioned square feet. Each residence will boast classical Mediterranean exterior features along with upgraded interior features such as tumbled marble floors, upgraded kitchen cabinets and an optional pool/spa package with gas heater. Most residences also will offer stunning views of the namesake Creek and The Creek Golf Course.

Lennar is also building seven inventory homes in the village of Millbrook featuring 56 single-family homes. Four unique floor plans are available, ranging from 1,649 air-conditioned square feet to 2,246 air-conditioned square feet. Outdoor living areas in Millbrook include a delightful lanai and optional outdoor kitchen area that have been positioned to maximize the views of the waterways.

Stock Development is building in three distinctive neighborhoods. In Majorca, Stock is building two inventory homes ranging from 2,719 air-conditioned square feet to 2,890 air-conditioned square feet. With just 19 home sites, Majorca will feature three bedroom floor plans with three-car garages. Most residences within Majorca overlook The Creek championship golf course and boast a separate formal living room. Enhancing the classical Mediterranean architecture, the streets within the village of Majorca are paved with tumbled brick pavers.

In Mahogany Bend, Stock is building three inventory homes ranging from 3,174 air-conditioned square feet to 3,525 air-conditioned square feet. The single-family village features 53 luxury home sites, most offering golf course or water views. Spacious floor plans featuring four bedrooms reflect classical Mediterranean architecture along with luxury gourmet kitchens.

Stock is also building three inventory homes in Isla del Sol, ranging from 3,699 air-conditioned square feet to 4,246 air-conditioned square feet. Isla Del Sol offers 34 home sites situated along emerald golf fairways and sparkling sapphire lakes. Each home will boast a spacious gourmet kitchen and three or four car garage. The gated entrance provides enhanced privacy and is distinguished with rich keystone paving and a grand fountain.
