Matt Devereaux, vice president of sales at Lennar Homes in the Southwest Florida region, said the three-bedroom, two-bath Coach Homes in the new phase at Fiddler’s Creek range in size from 1,883 square feet of living space to 2,099 square feet.
Lennar’s Coach Home collection is priced from the high $200s to the low $300s.
All of Lennar’s Coach Homes in Sonoma at Fiddler’s Creek come with the homebuilder’s ‘Everything’s Included’ pledge: extras such as granite kitchen countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, crown molding and tile are all included in the Lennar home price.

Devereaux said a model Coach Home is underway in Sonoma at Fiddler’s Creek and will be completed and open for viewing in late spring.
