**Fairfield Homes has negotiated with Extra Holidays for our 2022 guest rates. Our special guests receive a 20% rate reduction on any reservation, with a 2-night minimum. The standard rates for a one bedroom in 2022 are between $119 and $209 nightly, therefore your reduced rate will range between $95 and $167 plus tax based on availability. The rooms for our guests are condominiums with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Payment is due when making the reservation. During your visit, a relocation specialist will take you on a tour of our beautiful resort and introduce you to all the area has to offer—homesites, homes, maintenance-free patio homes—and we can address all your questions.
